The continuous disclosure compliance of Chinese cross-border companies listed in Australia has long been a concern, as are either frequently delisted or rejected by the Australian Securities Exchange. particularity listings generates information asymmetry between securities regulators based out host jurisdiction and home jurisdiction. This then impacts effectiveness jurisdiction’s supervision each company’s compliance. purpose this article is to clarify issues surrounding China shed light on current dilemmas suggest possible reform proposals.
